The team at No.6 is formed by a group of young, enthusiastic and very passionate people but without the motivation and sheer determination of their employees the restaurant wouldn’t be so special. Current kitchen team: John Walton – fantastically passionate and extremely talented chef who has been with us from the beginning. No.6 couldn't run without him! Matt Avery -has just earned himself a promotion through his hard work and dedication, he has a very bright future. Alastair Parker - worked with us in the summer 2007, we were all impressed with his enthusiasm and offered him a permanent postion and we are very pleased he has joined us. Martin Fremund - head KP, a great guy from the Czech Republic, very hard working with a daft sense of humour. Leszek Urbanski - a new recruit from Poland, very polite and conscientious and a great addtion to the team. A very talented brigade with passion, determination and motivation day and night! These "boys" make sure No.6 can produce fantastic food every day and they work well under pressure and excel as a team .
Current front of house team: Katy Hayhoe - She is a fantastic girl! She has impressed us and our guests with her skills and personality and is our Assistant Manager!
